If a MIDI device popup appears, allow it.
If the update fails, try again with a longer wait.

Before pressing the UPDATE button, hold the “shift” button while turning on the device to enter update standby mode.
After the transfer completes and the version appears on the LED, press “OK” button.
To update the preset patterns, perform a factory reset, but note that this will
erase all your data.
